14-Day Gratitude Challenge
Gratitude and awareness of the now moment brings much peace and joy! Join this challenge to get a 14-day practice on gratitude mindfulness and healing meditation. You get daily exercises to help you to be in the now moment and shift from lack to abundance. Every week we will meet live via Zoom to share our experiences at the end of the meeting we will have a healing meditation guided by Silvia. We will email you the daily workbook in a pdf format and you may choose to print it and write down your answers or you may choose to buy or assign a special workbook for your daily gratitude practice. **Live meetings will be Wednesdays at 7 pm pst. This will go for about an hour depending of how many people are participating.
